During this time, people really can use some self-love. This activity can be used by anyone! If you have a printer you can print it, color it, and fill in your responses. If you do not have access to a printer, you can use construction paper to make your own OR just talk about it.
Doing something kind for another person can make us feel so good inside! Keep track of all of the kind things happening in your home by printing out the heart provided below OR creating your own! Draw pictures, write what the act was, or how the act made you feel!
Be mindful: Taking a moment to yourself can be so powerful. Below is a quick BrainPop video guiding you and your child through a simple mindful moment, which will help keep their mind on the present moment.
